Come draw with us! Friday mornings at the Bothwell Art Center, 2466 8th St. Livermore. Improve your drawing skills - open to all artists. Under 18 need parental consent, as live models are drawn. $20 per session, if you pay for the month. $23 drop in.For more information contact Barbara Stanton.

Tuesday Painting Group (on location)
Ongoing - Tuesdays 9:00 - 12:00
A group of local artists gather together every Tuesday morning at various locations around the valley area. New additions are welcome to the group. Bring painting supplies, sunscreen, a hat and lunch. Two sessions are spent at each site before moving on. The following is a list of planned locations for the next three months. If you would like to be included on the e-mail list giving directions to the locations a few days before, e-mail Pat Smith at psmithrltr@comcast.net.

Entry fee: $10 for up to two paintings, $8 for the third. Volunteers that hang or work check-in pay $8.

LAA Gallery holds December Gala party
December 5 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
LAA Gallery is holding a holiday boutique all day on Saturday, December 5th. From 1:00-3:00 is a reception where you can meet the gallery artists, and snack on refreshments. Hope you come and see the new look in the Gallery!

Show & Tell night at the Bothwell
December 8 7:00 pm
Every second Tuesday of the month is “Artists Show & Tell” at the Bothwell Arts Center at 7p.m. At these get-togethers you have the opportunity to see what other artists are working on, to critique artwork or have your artwork critiqued, or to bring other art-related things like new techniques, or other creative subjects that interest you. Gerald Brommer teaches water media and collage

Focus on combining water media and collage to create a variety of textural surfaces done in the studio. Also repairing old paintings using collage. Fee: PAL Members
$385, non members $435 with PAL members given priority
