Break of Dawn Glass Art was created in July 2008, but artist, Dawn Betz, has been in Livermore since 1997. She grew up in Martinez, CA and has always loved art, but only just recently discovered her newest passion for glass art. She creates original, wearable art such as pendants and earrings as well as wine charm sets.
All of Dawns work is done using a Microkiln and a household microwave. She also does pieces that have hand beaded necklaces as well as custom pieces. She has been a featured artist at the Red Feather Winery and was also at the 2008 Art Walk downtown.
